# Terms and conditions for VE Electrical Services, Cwmbran
These terms apply to quotes and work provided by VE Electrical Services, owned by Thomas Villars, based in Cwmbran, South Wales.

## Quotes
Quotes and site visits are free. A quote is based on the information and access available at the time of the visit. If hidden faults or additional work are found, we will explain them and agree any changes with you before proceeding.

## Carrying out work
Work is carried out to current wiring regulations. You agree to provide safe access to the property and the areas where work is needed. Larger projects may involve trusted subcontractors working under our supervision.

## Certification
Where applicable, certification is issued once the work has been completed and tested.

## Workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern about work we have carried out.

## Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice.

## Insurance
We hold £2 million public liability insurance.
